Hi, friends — and welcome!

I’m so excited to finally share this little corner of the internet with you. Lola’s Bakeshop has been a dream in the making, and now it’s officially coming to life — one soft, handmade pretzel at a time.

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Brittany Rader, the baker behind Lola’s. I created this business to share my love of fresh, artisanal breads and soft-baked pretzels with my local community. Every batch is hand-rolled, small-batch, and made with a whole lot of care (and a sprinkle of salt, of course).

BIG NEWS: Starting May 31st, you’ll be able to find me at the Franklin Farmers Market!
I’ll be bringing my signature pretzels — from classic salted twists to parmesan herb and cinnamon sugar.

This blog will be a place where I will share updates, what’s baking, and little glimpses behind the scenes at Lola's.
